Step 2: Fill Out the Field Ticket

Each truckload must include a completed field ticket.

Here's how to do it:

Each grower will receive a pack of carbon copy field tickets from us prior to harvest. For each load, please fill out a new field ticket. These are multi-part forms—you'll keep one copy for your records, and the other three copies will be returned to us.

Please complete the following sections on each ticket:

  • Grower Name
Include the name of the grower on the ticket.
  • Variety
Specify the almond type (e.g., Nonpareil, Butte, Padre).
  • Field ID
Helps us track your load accurately.
  • Gross Weight, Net and Tare
Leave this section blank—our team will weigh your load upon arrival.
  • Trailer Number
Ensure the trailer number is written clearly on the tag. Our drivers will add the driver and truck details if the grower is away at pickup.

Step 3: Delivered to Our Facility

Once the grower has loaded the trailer, our team handles the rest.

We dispatch our own trucks to pick up the product and manage the offload process from start to finish.

When your load reaches the scale at our office, it is weighed and the information from your handwritten field ticket is entered into our software system. A digital tag is then printed and attached to the original ticket—this tag stays with the load to verify all information as it moves through the next stage.

From there, your almonds are either sent directly to the plant for hulling or moved to the stockpile for later processing. Every load is carefully logged, tracked, and managed to ensure accuracy and transparency at every step.

Step 4: Track & Receive Reports

We provide regular updates and detailed reporting so you always know the status of your crop.
